The Regrowth Diary Circle
The group I wish I'd had at 29, when I was hiding my hair in a bun and googling at 2am. A private community for women going through hair loss, with real support, honest updates and monthly guides.

What you get inside
A private, faceless space
Post anonymously if you like. No judgement, no "just try oils".
Monthly regrowth guides
A new topic each month, from iron and thyroid to curly hair care, sent the week before.
Monthly meal ideas
Simple whole-food plans built around the nutrients I focused on, emailed the week prior.
Progress check-ins
Share bathroom-light photos and shed logs, and cheer each other's baby hairs on.
Appointment prep
Ask the group what to ask your doctor, and share what worked in your appointments.
Apple, in the room
I'm in there too, sharing what I'm doing now and answering questions from experience.
The first 100 women in get free access for life. Once those spots are gone, the Circle is $39 a month. It's peer support and education, not medical advice, and it works alongside your own doctor.
Doors open very soon. Founding spots will be announced here first.
Questions about the Circle
What is the Regrowth Diary Circle?
A private online community for women going through hormonal, endometriosis or postpartum hair loss. Members share what they are trying, ask questions, track their regrowth together, and get monthly guides from Apple. It is peer support and education, not medical advice.
Is it really free?
Yes, for the first 100 members. Founding members keep free access for life. After that, membership is $39 a month and you can cancel any time.
Do I need to have endometriosis to join?
No. The Circle is for any woman dealing with shedding or thinning hair, whether it is linked to the pill, postpartum, thyroid, iron, stress or something you have not worked out yet.
Will I have to show my face or my hair?
Never. Share as much or as little as you like. Many members post anonymously, and Apple does too.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. The Circle helps you feel less alone and walk into appointments better prepared. Please keep working with your own doctor or practitioner.
